I couldn't write for the past two weeks because I've been so heartbroken. Is it possible to fall in love with someone you can never have? Like not a singer, actor, someone you don't know, but your friend, your confidante?
Paul and I broke up last weekend. Actually he broke up with me. He told me that he didn't feel right going out with me and going to college two hours away. He felt that it was wrong of him. And I started bawling. I feel like the speaker in Christina Rossetti's poem "Twice". I gave Paul my heart and he told me it wasn't ripe.
So now I've got to find out how to spend my days with out him. I don't want to date. It involves too much heart break
