I have done more house searching Saturday than I ever wanted to do. Cedar Creek is no longer gonna be the weekend home. I love L-Town, seriously, I do, but i hated the house shopping. I want this one house, but who knows if Mom and Dad will like it. I'd LOVE to have a two-story home, but Mom hates the stairs (Heck, I'll take it!!! Sheesh!)

And then there's the fact that I kinda conveniently forgot about my research paper... until today. It's due in a week. I haven't even started! *groans* I'm gonna die.

but there are some good things.... like i saw Clay. I absolutely adore that kid and i am totally looking forward to vacations in L-Town, even if we don't rendezvous everytime. I'm gonna have to get the hang of the traffic. It's so different than here, but at the same time, i think i can handle it. I mean, slowly, but surely, i'm working my way up to being able to find my way around... if we get the house I really want, we'll only be about a mile from the science museum and i-max. That makes ME excited. and then, if i need to, i can room with mom and dad while teaching at the elementary school... four blocks away from it!

This is really exciting... but i haven't seen the inside of the house.

L-town, here I come, ready to conquer your streets with my now airconditioned car!
