I feel like ranting... about chocolate milk and Mac and Cheese. I've just recently started liking these childish favorites again. Ok, it's not "Childish" but it is very "Juvenile". It's not something a sophisticated (somehow that doesn't look right) TEENager would consume, however, I do dread being sophisticated. I LIKE being Juvenile once in a while, especially when it involve teaching little kids how to play some "sophisticated" game such as I've Never, or perhaps when the youth group plays that game. "I've never... kissed a pig!" someone will say, and more than likely, someone with rise admitting, to their shame, they've kissed a pig. But how does this compare with Chocolate milk and Macaroni and Cheese? I believe that chocolate milk and macaroni and cheese (the stuff that comes with the powdered processed non-Cheese cheese) hold the key to the world. Kids, pardon, Juvenile people can live one these two things for a very long time before deciding to go to any variety of peanut butter sandwiches and JuiceyJuice (or however it's spelled) and they switch often for the best non-nutritional variety. Why can adults see that? These are the staples of youth. The majority of America longs to look and feel younger, and that's why many go for liposuction (I'm really not spelling well today!) and facelifts or they flock to Wal-Mart for the newest age-defying cream. But why use these? Their affects are only temporary. Why not go to the Feel Good eating habits of youths? Some people will never get it.
Everything I needed to know I've learned in elementary school. I learned to like everyone, including the outcasts. I learned to eat what was on my plate, and complain little about how sophisticated it wasn't. I learned to share and to give up something when I have ten more at home. Sheesh, this is almost like an email I read, but I don't know where I put it. I learned to be outgoing and not care what people thought. Somewhere in the years between early elementary and high school, I've forgotten the lessons behind Mac and Cheese and Chocolate milk. Maybe I should just go and read and save myself the trouble of trying to actually get my thoughts out in a orderly manner.
